Depending on the specificity of the search text, one or two intermediate selection screens come up to determine the producer or the wine you want while avoiding long, unwieldy lists.
For example, typing in "Beaulieu", first produces a screen listing the producers whose name or wine name(s) contain "Beaulieu".
Clicking on "Beaulieu Comtes de Tastes" in the producer list would go directly to the List of Results (below) because we have only a few wines/vintages for them. Clicking on "Beaulieu" in that same list (because we have over 100 wines/vintages for them) would bring up a second screen listing their wines along with the number of vintages we have for each.
Clicking on a "Wine Name" in that second screen brings up the results list.
Of course, entry of the more specific search text of "Beaulieu Comtes de Tastes" immediately brings up the The List of Results.
