Mr. Rovani reviewed for The Wine Advocate for 10 years starting in 1996. During some or all of
that period he covered the wines of Burgundy, the Loire, Alsace, Oregon, southern France (Languedoc-Roussillon),
Washington State, South Africa, Germany, Austria, New Zealand and Champagne.
Daniel Thomases:
Mr. Thomases reviewed for The Wine Advocate for three years starting in 2003. During that period he exclusively
covered the wines of Italy.
Jay Miller:
Jay held a variety of positions in the wine industry when, in 1985, he became the part time Assistant to Robert M. Parker, Jr. at The Wine Advocate.
In 1998 he left to devote his full time attention to wine sales at The Wine Source in Columbia, MD.
In 2001 he became Co-owner and Manager of Bin 604 Wine Sellers in Baltimore, MD.
He rejoined The Wine Advocate in 2007 covered the wines of Oregon, Washington, Spain, Australia and South America until he retired in December 2011.
Antonio Galloni:
Mr. Galloni reviewed the wines of Italy for The Wine Advocate from late
2004 through early 2013. During that period he also reviewed Champagne, Burgundy and California for various periods of time.
