To select wines for printing, look for the Add to Print List checkbox near the wine names on most pages containing tasting notes. Checking that box will add that wine to your Print List. Once you have selected some wines, click on the button near the top of the page.
You should then see a page that looks something like this:
We provide three formats for printing: a 2 x 2 label format, a 3 x 1 label format, and a shopping list format. The label formats are ideal for explaining each bottle of wine at a dinner party or tasting, for labeling cases of wines in a cellar or for use as a "shelf talker" in a retail store. Please note that the text of some tasting notes is simply too lengthy to fit into the available space in the label format. In such cases, the note text will be truncated to fit. However, the 3 X 1 format is fairly long, and most tasting notes will fit in that format.
Once you have selected the wines you'd like to be included, click on the "Make 2 X 2 Labels" button, the "Make 3 X 1 Labels" button or the "Make Shopping List" button. A document in the requested format will be downloaded to you in Portable Document Format ("PDF"). This document will ordinarily open in a new window. Once you have printed your current list of selected wines, your wine list will be cleared so that you can begin another set of selections.
